Our Principals
Susan Schroeder
Founder
Susan began her career in theater but quickly found her stride in the fast-paced, high-budget world of fashion and luxury events in the early 2000s. She led the NYC office of a global fashion production powerhouse before launching her own company, Todo Productions, in 2011. After nearly a decade at the forefront of fashion—including nine years as show producer for the cultural phenomenon that was the Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show—Susan began feeling a touch of “fashion fatigue” and pivoted to new creative challenges. She soon discovered her sweet spot in producing immersive, large-scale brand experiences for clients like Roku, TikTok, Moët & Chandon, Nike, and Formula E, to name a few. When she's not bringing ambitious events to life, Susan serves as a dedicated volunteer officer at Bronx Tails Cat Rescue, where she’s helped save more than 1,000 feline lives.
Britt Adams
Partner
Britt Adams is a Partner at Todo Productions—and Susan’s partner in life. With a background spanning technical production, concept development, art direction, graphic design, video editing, and 3D technical drafting, Britt brings a multifaceted creative and technical vision to every project. He plays a hands-on role in everything from early ideation to on-site execution. Britt has designed high-profile productions including Riot’s Valorant Masters Tournament (2024, 2025) and Epic Games’ State of Unreal (2023–2025). He’s also served as Art Director for shows like Lip Sync Battle (Spike TV), Kids’ Choice Awards (Nickelodeon), MTV’s EMA Pre-Show, Uncommon Sense (Seasons 1–3), and The Passion (FOX). As a Technical Producer, Britt has helped bring to life iconic productions such as the Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show, the Tony Awards (65th & 66th Annual) at the Beacon Theatre, and managed major political moments including President Joe Biden’s Election Night.
